Job Description

Recruitment Manager role is to create the organizational capacity to deliver the strategy, by concentrating on the availability of the workforce by identifying vacancies and prioritizes critical jobs for staffing needs, and develop recruitment strategy to attract, screen, interview and refer qualified candidates to the appropriate placement.

  • Improve recruitment strategies and the system
  • Manage and fulfill the employee requisition
  • Building a recruitment database
  • Implementing Recruitment SOP
  • Documentation report activity / recruitment activity
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pscyhology, Business Administration, Management or related discipline with minimum 6-8 years in HR recruitment experience
  • Experience in corporate retail a plus
  • Excellent critical and analytical thinking
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to convey clear and concise thoughts and ideas
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
