Job Description
  • Assist PA in organizing and managing documents and reports to CEO
  • Responsible for gathering information and maintaining the database
  • Communicate with the person that is involved personally or through writing to respond to questions
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence                                                                              
Job Requirements
  • Experienced on using Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Experienced on using Adobe Reader & Adobe Photoshop
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English 
  • High Initiative, positive attitude, able to work under pressure and on a deadline
  • Willing to work early or  late from normal office hour
  • Can be reach any time, including on the weekends and public holidays
  • Willing to learn new things
